Abstract Submission
The length of each abstract is strictly limited to one page. Abstracts should be informative, carefully prepared, with new insights stressed. The abstract should enable the programme committee to judge the scientific merit of the paper.
Preparation
Abstracts must be prepared using
Word or
LaTeX templates.
These templates also provide instructions on preparation of the abstracts.
When using the templates,
do not
make changes or modifications to the page layout or paragraph styles. Before
submission the abstract must be converted into the
PDF format.
It should look like this
sample abstract. The file size should not exceed 5 Mb. Ideally, keep it small!
Note： The PDF file of abstract should be named as “A_Einstein.pdf”, where the first letter “A” should be the initials of the given name of the first author, followed by an underscore “_”, then “Einstein”, the full family name of the first author. In case you submit more than one abstract, a number 1, 2, … should be appended to family name (e.g. A_Einstein1.pdf, A_Einstein2.pdf).
Submission
When the PDF file of your abstract is ready, please send it
directly to the conference email address:
isiac2013@iapcm.ac.cn. To guarantee being considered by the
programme committee, all contributed abstracts must be submitted before the
deadline (1 June, 2013).
However, since some abstracts are wrongly formatted, it takes time for
revising, the abstract submission system will open till
10 June, 2013; you are still welcome to submit
your abstract during those dates. Please note that any submitted abstract,
even if accepted by the programme committee,
will not
be included in the conference programme should you fail to register for the
conference.
Acceptance
All valid abstracts prepared according to the guidelines will be
considered by the programme committee. Authors whose abstracts have been
accepted will be notified by e-mail before June
15 June 2013.
