Opacity for single element( Z<31 )

Introduction >>

Please input the following information
Atomic number   or select from
Temperature from to (keV)
Density from to (g/cm3)

Instruction:
1) Input atomic number or choose element;
2) Input the temperature range;
3) Input the density range;
4) Clicking “Retrieve” gives the data of the mean and frequency-dependent opacity under the corresponding condition.
Example: If you want to search for the data of opacity for element B under the temperature 40 eV, you can do as following
1. Input the atomic number of (5) or choose the element of (B);
2. Input the temperature range from 0.04 (keV) to 0.04 (keV);
3. Clicking “Retrieve”, you can get the data of the opacity under the above condition.

Introduction:

By now in the database it is collected about the data of the mean and frequency-dependent opacity of the elements Z ≤30. For each element there are about 900 points adopted for different temperature from 4eV to 40keV and density from 10-4g/cm3 to 104g/cm3. When the temperature, density and element are specified, one can retrieve for the mean charge, the mean opacity, the frequency-dependent opacity, etc..
